In the Midst of the Night…

Looking for my Soul I opened the window of an obscure attic in which I was locked for the longest time…

I took a peak and there it was… an open gate “Did I had the courage to run towards it and set myself free? I didn’t know the answer to that question but with out processing what I was thinking or feeling, I was running out of my sombre prison desperate for the light of day.

And there I was… running like a mad woman on the strange streets – no knowing where I was going or where I wanted to get to.

These words are the recollection of a dream I had a few days ago. It has become a way of communication from my subconscious to my conscious mind. In this journey of self discovery & self improvement there are many uncovered avenues that need to be brought into perspective in order for us to really look at what is going on inside each of us.

In this post (which is the first of many to come) I would like to invite you and encourage you to take a closer look at your dreams because they reveal many aspects of our psychic. A good habit to adopt is to have pen and a note pad ready close to your bed so that when you wake up, you can annotate your dreams or how you feel at the start of the day.

I hope this little tip helps to clear your mind of much baggage that we carry around unaware. Have a fantastic evening for those who live in London; and a fantastic day or afternoon for those who live in other parts of the world. Don’t forget to leave a comment if you can. If you have any questions or would like me to address a particular topic do not hesitate to ask.
